Why Simulate Inside SOLIDWORKS?

Mesh Quality

Mesh quality is the single biggest factor in simulation accuracy:

  • Use curvature-based meshing for curved surfaces

Contact Definitions

Incorrect contact definitions are a leading cause of simulation errors in assemblies. Always verify:
