Inphoenix Aviation specializes in design and development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles with in-house capabilities to develop advanced aerial systems for commercial and government applications. With a well experienced team of engineers and technicians, we ensure that our Unmanned Air Vehicles fly with accurate and precise missions.
At Inphoenix Aviation, we have in house, state of the art Laser cutting, 3D printing and workstations facility. With the ability to make the design modifications on the go, we make sure that Research and Development process is smooth and robust.
Laser Cutting:
Laser cutting machines with working area upto 1400x1000mm, cutting speed upto 300mm/s and laser power upto 150W enable us to speed up the R&D process to meet the client’s deadline.
3D Printing:
3D printers give an unmatched advantage in R&D process especially when it comes to prototyping. At Inphoenix Aviation, we have 3D printers with printing size upto 400x400x400mm. These printers support PLA/TPU/PETG/WOOD as materials and layers thickness ranging between 0.1-0.4mm.
Workstations:
Design and analysis process of any product is mostly affected by the limitations of computational power. At Inphoenix Aviation, workstation facility is capable of handling high computational requirements related to product design and analysis.
The Quadrotor swarm capable of searching “m x n” grid for a dynamic target and provides real-time trajectory on a ground station. The control architecture is decentralized which means that the swarm is robust (a few drones crashing or the ground station losing contact will not cause the mission to stop).
Potential applications of this technology are: Search and rescue operations, fire fighting, massive systems of delivery drones, surveillance of construction sites etc.
A fixed wing VTOL UAV has been designed and manufactured for surveillance of areas where a typical runway area is not available for take-off and Landing. This VTOL UAV has a fuselage length of 7m and wing span of 10m. Aircraft consists of a quad-configuration with a pusher electric motor for better endurance with VTOL capability. VTOL has an endurance of 1.5hr and telemetric range of 5km.
A fixed wind UAV with an endurance of up-to 24hrs and telemetric range of 200km has been designed and is currently in prototyping phase. UAV has a fuselage length of 13m and wingspan of 20.7m. This UAV is designed to fly at low altitude with search and surveillance as its primary mission.
A tandem wing Loitering Drone has been designed to carry 5 kg payload with endurance of more than 35 minutes. Drone has a wing span of 2.2m and is very portable in design. Forward wings, vertical tail and aft wings of the aircraft are foldable and these can be stored inside the cannister in folded configuration.
